How long does production take for merch?
Production typically takes between 2–5 business days on our custom-ordered products. However, this may vary if you’ve purchased multiple items. Shipping thereafter will vary based on your region.
I can't find my confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate it, use this contact form to let us know, and we can confirm your order manually.
Are clothing sizes true to fit? Are sizes unisex?
Each item has its own size chart and varies. We recommend measuring the clothes that fit you best and comparing those measurements to the size guide.

If you recognize that you’ve entered the wrong address, please email us immediately after purchase. We may be able to cancel the order or update the shipping address before the order is processed. If the item has already been shipped, there is nothing that we can do. However, you may be able to reach out to the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect.
The item(s) I received is damaged, misprinted, or defective items?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received in order for us to get it resolved with the manufacturer. With proper evidence, we can re-produce an item and ship it to you at no cost.
How do I get a refund?
There are no refunds on digital products.
With respect to apparel, since it is made-to-order, we cannot process refunds. However, if an item arrives defective or misprinted, we can resend a corrected item at our expense. Otherwise, the item is non-refundable and not eligible for exchange. Digital downloads are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a defect.
My package is lost! What should I do?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date in order for us to get it resolved with the manufacturer. We will need your name and order number to process this. Please also reach out to the carrier to see if they can help you locate the item.
My shipment was automatically returned. What do I do?
If the carrier is unable to reach the address provided, the item may be returned to the production facility. In such a case, you will be responsible for paying again for shipping to retrieve your item.
