How do I get a refund?

There are no refunds on digital products.

GENEALOGY RESEARCH

I submitted a request for genealogy research but have not heard back.

If you've submitted your screening form and have not heard back in 48 hours, first check your spam folder. If you do not locate a reply there, please email us at meetkimberlyrenee+orders[@]gmail.com. You can also use this contact form.

How long does genealogy research take?

Research can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the package you selected, the difficulty in research, and the number of people in front of you for that month. If you would like a status update, please email "Team Kimberly" at the email where you have been corresponding.

I'm not satisfied with what was provided to me with genealogy research, can I get a refund?​

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the research provided to you, please email "Team Kimberly" at the email where you have been corresponding. We will do our best to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, fulfilled genealogy research services are not refundable.

I've changed my mind and no longer want genealogy research, how do I process a refund?​

Should you choose to cancel your request for genealogy services before services are rendered, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellation requests after services have begun are refundable less a 20% cancellation fee.

How do payment plans work for genealogy research?

Payment plans are processed using third-party platforms PayPal or Affirm. An application on these respective platforms is required for the use of payment plans
